3 prenatal personal training sessions to be used concurrent to group classes, weekly programming modifications, accountability from coach in the prenatal phase, 6 weeks at-home postpartum programming, 6 weeks of 2xs/week postpartum personal training, 6 weeks of 2xs/week group classes, 6 weeks of 3xs/week and programming modifications and accountability in the postpartum phase as well.
